Our Story… started at a dinner table with good friends.

The conversation turned to our retired parents and the experiences they were having securing quality and professional help to maintain their properties. The comments shared all pointed to unreliable service providers, being overcharged and a time-consuming process.

 

As we discussed this further, we quickly realized this was a universal problem for all types of homeowners.

 

We then asked ourselves, "What if a property owner was able to use a company that only sourced the best of the best service providers via an intense vetting process and held the service providers accountable?" 

 

We concluded it would free up enormous amounts of time for the homeowner, eliminate frustrations and make it easy for the property owner to maintain their property the way they envisioned putting their mind at ease.

 

This led to the formation of At Ease Property Care… the name formed our mantra which is to put our clients mind at ease when we manage their property care services.
